Friendly but slow and wait to get seen
I accidentally forgot two cards from friends in my room before they transferring me to Saskatoon. I phoned the wing right away and they said they save the card for me. Guess what they didn't !! Not to happy they couldn't do a straight forward thing.
We came down from northern Alberta and this hospital was like the other side of the coin from what we are used to in a good way. Leaving the house at 11 AM we were hoping we would be out by 4 PM and when we walked in, after being able to park without an issue, there was no one else there and we were seen immediately. We still cant believe it. Staff were amazing, friendly and thorough. We are very thankful.
