One of the best gyms in Saskatchewan. It may not have the newest equipment, shineist dumbbells or the best change rooms, but it has a strong beating heart filled by the people who go there. Being there and seeing the pictures on the wall is inspiring and a driving force for many there. Great place, 6/5

This is a really old fashioned gym that I stumbled upon by accident while traveling through Canada. This place may have old equipment but the moment when you step inside, you know this is a place where people get serious results and is the exact opposite of the big box fancy corporate gyms. One thing that stunned me was seeing their wall of fame next to the entrance. Seeing the wall of fame was incredibly inspiring and shows that people from all walks of life can succeed in many different realms of fitness. I can definitely see this wall being encouraging for all members and guests. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend taking a visit here!
